Karen is a highly skilled gourmet chef with years of experience in the hospitality industry. Her passion for cooking and baking started at a young age, when her mother introduced her to the kitchen. At just 6 years old, Karen baked her first cake, which, according to her father, was a bit firm but had an excellent taste. Despite the messy kitchen, Karen was hooked and continued to develop her culinary skills.

We are passionate about baking and only use the finest ingredients to create handmade treats of the highest quality. Our commitment to German craftsmanship is evident in every delicious item on our menu, from our sourdough doughnuts and Berliner to our cakes, crepes, waffles, sweet treats, ice cream sundaes, and more.
